Hand-harvested, artisan sea salt from Duxbury, MA

Turkey Drumstick + Mushroom + Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

4 eight oz Turkey drumsticks 
4 tsp Autumn Blend salt
2 tbsp Butter, softened 
4 cups Red petite potatoes, quartered
1 cup Shallot, peeled and chopped
3 cups Baby bella mushroom caps
2 tsp Duxbury Saltworks Classic Sea Salt 
2 tbsp Olive oil 


Combine potatoes, shallots, mushroom caps, olive oil and sea salt in a mixing bowl, toss to combine, and lay on baking sheet. Rub the turkey drumsticks with Autumn Blend and butter and place on the sheet between veggies. Cover the sheet pan with foil and roast at 425° for 30 minutes, then uncover and continue roasting for 15 minutes uncovered.
