Summer Blend Butter

1 stick butter, room temperature
1 tbsp Shallot
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Lemon zest
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Basil, chopped
1 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 ½ tsp Duxbury Saltworks Summer Blend

1. Mince shallot and garlic and add to a medium bowl.
2. Zest and juice lemon and add to the bowl.
3. Add all remaining ingredients until combined.
4. Transfer to a small serving bowl and refrigerate until needed.
