Homemade Chicken Salad
2 chicken breasts, cooked
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 large carrot
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp Duxbury Saltworks Classic Sea Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- Dice or pull apart chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Peel carrot and grate into a medium bowl.
- Add chicken pieces and remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix to combine.
- Serve on lettuce leaves or your favorite sandwich bread.
