Herbed Cucumber Yogurt Dip (for crudite)

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup plain yogurt
1 Persian cucumber
1 garlic clove, finely grated
¼ cup walnuts
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup fresh herbs
Fleur de Spring Sea Salt Blend

 

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small pan, toast walnuts over a low flame for 5-7 minutes. Let cool on a
chopping board, and then chop.
2. Peel cucumber and finely dice.
3. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients and serve.

 

TIPS
✧ You know the walnuts are done toasting when they’re fragrant.
✧ Use any combination of herbs you have. Cilantro, parsley, dill & mint work well
together.
