Easy "Ice Cream"
2 cups whole milk
1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
Pinch of Duxbury Saltworks Classic Sea Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and mix until all ingredients are combined.
- If you don't have whole milk, substitute with 2 cups of Kefir, plain or vanilla yogurt. For added protein, try plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.
- Use whatever fruit you have in your freezer. We used cherries and pineapple and it was delicious!
