Crispy Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
1 15.5 oz can chickpeas
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Fleur de Spring Sea Salt Blend
Pinch of Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Drain chickpeas.
  3. Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • These chickpeas are a delicious addition to a cheese and meat platter and are tasty mixed into salads.
